The Edit is for when I feel overcome with inspo, like now, and want to share all sorts of lovely things with you from fashion to food to random cultural discoveries, interiors bits, beauty-faves and iPhone hacks.

NEW IN MY WARDROBE

Over the last few months there have been various lovely additions to my wardrobe, both purchased and ‘gifted’.

Dôen Barn Jacket - I’m in no way done wearing barn jackets following their resurgence last summer. They’re just a perfect, hardworking piece for Spring. This one from Dôen is a real goodie with the white and brown combo. There’s a Free People one from last year that I wore to death in beige and it now comes in other colours - obsessed with the blue! PS. The dungas I’m living in, here

M&S Mini Bag - Speaking of blue, I’ve lusted after this baby blue Khaite bag for sometime, but sadly it’s a little over budget. To my delight, M&S are scratching my itch with a similar version

Lie Studio Bag - I spotted this bag way back in October from gorgeous Danish accessories brand Lie Studio and have been patiently waiting for its launch recently. It’s just such a great size and the colour is a perfectly sludgy green

Sezane Tanks & Tees - Sezane do such great basics. I literally live in this tank top - I honestly have about four to always have one on rotation. I’ve just bought a few more in a bigger size to accommodate my, err, new boobs. I also love this pointelle baby tee in a perfect creamy tone

Lace Square Bra - Pink-a-boo Stripe & Stare

Stripe & Stare Underwear - Regarding my new boobs, I’ve had to get all new bras to accommodate. They grew about two sizes very quickly and it was actually quite sad to not have any bras that fit. It kind of kills your whole wardrobe. As someone with an extreme aversion to anything V-necked I wore too small sports bras temporarily until I found this Stripe & Stare one. Everything they do is so soft, great quality and sustainably made. These are my fave pants ever ever that I’ve worn for the last few years.

Tekla Dressing Gown - There is no item I wear more than a towelling dressing gown - I pop it on everyday post-shower whilst I get ready. And probably for hours beyond that if I am being truthful. My neighbours and post (wo)men definitely see it regularly. I just got a new one in a pale blue stripe, but after I started wearing it I realised I should have sized up to my growing bump. Maybe I need another, another one? I do feel it’s all I will wear post-birth to be fair..

Ref Cardi - Finding the perfect cornflower blue shade is harder than it appears, but this really is it. I adore Ref cashmere - it’s 95% recycled and oh, so soft.

Vince Trousers - Adding these trousers to my wardrobe at a time when almost none of my existing bottoms fit has been a godsend. Yes they are admittedly pricey, but they! don’t! crease!!, which for a silky trouser is truly a game changer. They’re also a thick, buttery fabric which falls beautifully. I’ve got them in cream and black in large so there’s plenty of growing space and they’ve really opened up my wardrobe again. In the summer I plan to wear them below bump in the summer.

Malina Jacket - Also pictured (apart from my pal Lucy) in a gorgeous jacket from scandi brand Malina, which I have been reaching for so much. The cut is really elevated and I adore the oversized silhouette.
