LIFE UPDATE
Hello, hello! I was in St Lucia last time I pressed send and now I’m actually in the mountains of Italy. Trying to live my best life etc, etc (slash squeeze in trips before half term). Despite frequent tropical downpours in St Lucia, it feels very good to be a bit bronzed again (I know, I know, I have a head start). No chance of showing it off in England any time soon, but at least there are the naked saunas of The Dolomites…
In St Lucia I was invited to stay at Sugar Beach Viceory, a well-known and loved hotel on the island, which is truly a world of its own. It sits between two pitons, with rooms sprawled across its undulating acres. I’ve never seen so much luscious greenery! It’s bigger than hotels I usually visit, but the rooms are beautifully done having undergone a recent renovation and we …
