Hi lovely readers, I have much to update you all on, but rather than a lengthy newsletter of musings, today I’m sharing my most favourite brunch spread to provide some inspo for the long weekend ahead.

After a trip to Copenhagen back in December, where we visited the iconic Atelier September cafe at least once per day I’ve been recreating their dishes at home frequently since. There’s something so chic and effortlessly cool about how the Danes do everything, and this style of brunch is really no exception. It’s simple, but so effective and perfect for a long, lazy spread to enjoy with loved ones as all the prep is done in advance.

I absolutely love to host (as you may well know) and a few weeks ago I invited a few of my industry pals over for what has become a signature spread for me. We spent hours chatting and catching up over whipped butter, zucchini jam, rye bread + buns. Read on for the recipes so you can recreate!
